Harland and family, Tim and I send our thoughts and condolences to you all with Doris' passing. We had been her and Howard's neighbors on 6th Avenue, in Spokane, since 1995 until they moved. I was also sorry to learn of Howard's passing in 2008. I enjoyed their personalities a great deal. Howard's sense of humor- bragging about the hummingbirds at their feeder (we hadn't any yet)and Doris' thoughtfulness putting toys in her dinning room window for our kids to see and enjoy from our kitchen window.
